- Overseeing the production process, organizing production schedules and adjusting the schedules as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or other related majors.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar position.
- Capacity to grasp concepts easily.
- Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment related problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- IT savvy and excellent numeracy skills.
- Good at implementing 5S at the workplace.
- Class-B driver’s license.
- Two references not older than 6 months.
