KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Overseeing the production process, organizing production schedules and adjusting the schedules as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or other related majors.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar position.
  • Capacity to grasp concepts easily.
  • Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment related problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • IT savvy and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Good at implementing 5S at the workplace.
  • Class-B driver’s license.
  • Two references not older than 6 months.

HR&ADMIN MANAGER (1)

  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
